Primary job role is Designing, Implementation, Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Deployment of Network Infrastructure including Microsoft, Cisco and Linux Technologies.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems associated with the network infrastructure, Monitor, analyze and document performance of network switches, routers and Access servers, Troubleshoot data network problems and issues affecting end equipment, Consult complex networking and distributed computing environment.

Projects

• Planning, Designing and Implementation of Active Directory Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure Servers which includes (DHCP, WINS, DNS, WEB), Email Infrastructure using Redhat Linux EL 5 Qmail Server, Routing and Switching infrastructure using Cisco devices for Bata International

• Provide Technical Training on Windows and Linux Network Administration and Lotus Notes, provided to Prime Minister Secretariat, Islamabad.

• Designing and Implementation of Axis IP Video-Surveillance for PTCL (Pakistan Telecommunication Limited) on Redhat Enterprise Linux 5 With MySql Database and SAN integration

• Designing and Implementation of Axis IP Video-Surveillance for Wateen Group of Companies on Redhat Enterprise Linux 5 With MySql Database and SAN integration

• Worked for Wateen Group of Companies on 3 months contract for Planning, Designing and Implementation of ISP infrastructure Project which includes Messaging using Qmail, Web Hosting Cpanel, DNS and DHCP using Cisco Network Registrar with fail-over, FTP using Solaris, NMS using Cisco LMS, SCE 2020 Service Control Engine, Cisco WAE (Wide Area Application Engine), Cisco 7600 Series routers and also conduct the training of Warid Telecom Staff for Warid Telecom Uganda in Uganda.

• Provide six month Remote support services for Warid Telecom Uganda ISP infrastructure Project

• Planning, Designing and implementation of EDN (Enterprise Data Network) for Warid Telecom Uganda in Uganda.

• Implementation of Multisite Site-to-Site VPN using ISA 2004 between INTECH head office and branch offices

• Planning, Designing and Implementation of Active Directory Infrastructure Servers which includes (Domain Controllers, Additional Domain Controller and Member Servers), Network Infrastructure Servers which includes (DHCP, WINS, DNS, WEB),Email Infrastructure using Exchange 2003 and ISA 2004 as firewall and IDS for more then 300 client computers in Forman Christian College.

• Designing, Implementation and configuration of Cisco Based Wireless Access Points at Avari Group of Hotels Lahore with Radius Authentication and Cisco Based Wireless NMS Solution WLSE 1030.

• Designed and implemented Windows 2000, 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure and Network Infrastructure Servers in Lahore Collage for Women University.

• Upgraded the entire setup of PEL International (Pak Electron Limited) from Windows NT to Windows 2003 Server.

• Installation and configuration of Active Directory Infrastructure on 21 Cisco MCS Server in Warid Telecom Pakistan

• Worked on Windows 2000/03 Server and Windows 2000/XP Professional Environment. Managed and designed various Computer Labs for LISSBA College of Computer Sciences running under Windows 2000 Servers, Exchange Servers and Windows 2000 Professional Clients.
