In 1991 I qualified as a Graphic Designer and worked in Advertising and Design agencies in Durban, before moving to the UK in 1997. In London I gained experience as a freelance designer in various design environments, 
e.g. Publishers, Packaging, Public Relations and Design Agencies.
In 2000, I was instrumental in setting up an in-house design studio for Weight Watchers in the UK. In my role of Graphic Designer / Creative Manager built 
up a design team where I was responsible for the smooth running of the department, overseeing all creative projects and personal development of 
each member of the team to improve productivity and quality of work.
From the beginning of 2008, with the many years of diverse design experience gained, began to work as a freelancer. Recent projects have involved the design of new corporate identities, websites, brochure designs, advertorial press campaigns, community information posters and artwork set up for automated point of sale artwork systems for large retail brands.
With a wealth of computer design experience to draw on, have also been 
called on to do software training and design consulting.
Recent brands include: National Literary Trust, British Gas, Tesco, Currys, Weight Watchers, GolfLinks, BookGenius, CityThinkSpace and small business start ups.

Azalea

Media packs for a monthly Golf magazine publication and a Website. They contained the information required to sell advertising space.
Supplied initial concepts and took designs through to final output. Sourced all images and also assisted in the copy writing and collation of content.
