Lucy has some very good communication skills. She demonstrated her initiative, reliably communicating with our customers. However, her timeliness, attention to detail and expertise were not evident in the main task that we set -downloading and financial sorting data.
Work Experience
I have worked in an accounts/admin role for 10 years, using several different systems and MS Excel and Word. I have also done some sales and marketing, as well as customer service.
Education
10 GCSE, 3 A-Levels, Bookkeeping courses, CIMA, advanced Excel training.
