I am a journalist (a travel and features writer as well as an editor) with 18 years' experience.
I also copy edit, sub-edit, proofread and fact-check articles, documents & guidebooks.
I am the sole author of four guidebooks (Bratislava 1 & 2, Slovakia, Transylvania) as well as contributor to 20+ guidebooks on European countries from Estonia to Portugal via Iceland.

I speak Hungarian, Russian, Slovak, Czech, French and Spanish and I am an expert in Central Europe, having lived and worked in Hungary for 12 years.
I translate (legal documents, political commentaries, official documents, fiction, news articles) from Hungarian, Spanish, French & Russian to English (mother tongue). I have 15 years' experience in translation.
