Lucus is responsible for the overall strategic steer of the group and has a strong interest in the outsourcing and bid and tender management service at Encompass Consultancy. Lucus started his career in commercial marketing, having studied a Marketing Degree at The University of Hull, further to this he has experience of working for organisations in the public, private and civil society. Lucus has worked for and with key agencies across the region supporting urban regeneration and general community development. He has successfully supported organisations across the region in securing significant revenue and capital funding as well as advising in areas of risk, quality management and assurance and environmental management.

Working with organisations in the UK and the US, Lucus has supported private and civil society organisations in areas such as funding, business planning and service redesign, Lucus is currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in addition to Prince2 and Six Sigma.
