I have worked in PR and Communications for over 15 years. My career has predominantly been spent in the health, beauty and lifestyle sectors, all of which I love. I have fantastic media and expert contacts and experience in social networking.

I have experienced both agency and in house roles including six years as PR & Event Manager with Boots The Chemists. I have also worked in medical communications and patient education for the world's leading provider of dialysis products and services.

I have freelanced for 4 years and during this time have worked for a wide variety of clients across healthcare, fashion, home and food including two years as a consultant to Slimming World.

My experience includes consumer PR, medical communications, copywriting, internal communications, change management and event management.
