I offer a range of secretarial and bookkeeping services to enable you to concentrate on running your business without the burden of administration and paperwork. I work from my home office on a self employed basis.
I currently provide ongoing virtualfreelance services to a few companies including; building contractors, a property management company, and a D.J firm. I also carry out various ad-hoc jobs for other companies.
Example of services: audiocopy typing, typist, diary management, appointment booking, document creation, spreadsheets, databases, letters, presentations, virtual assistant, bookkeeping (manual or computerised), organising bills and receipts, website creation and much more.
I also provide PC support and computer lessons within the Essex area.

I have gained a wide range of skills and experience. I worked for the NHS as a Systems Administrator working on their risk management database. Training users, data entry, data cleansing and running reports.
I worked for the Jobcentre in a customer service role, advising on benefits and employment.
I also worked in a Stockbrokers as a Personal Assistant to the I.T. Director and Team Secretary to the I.T Team. This involved a wide range of duites including minutes, diary management, travel arrangements, arranging lunches and dinners with clients. I also managed the IT helpdesk using an Access database, dealt with suppliers, ordering stock, stock control, budget management and purchase ledger and much more.
I have worked in office environments since leaving school 15 years ago and have recently started working for myself as a Virtual/Freelance Assistant.
I currently work for some local companies visiting their premises and carrying out various admin/bookkeeping tasks. I also work on an ad-hoc basis for a few other companies remotely.
Ongoing bookkeeping using Quickbooks Pro 2010. Created headed paper and produce sales invoices. 1 hour per week
