Work Experience
I have gained a wide range of skills and experience. I worked for the NHS as a Systems Administrator working on their risk management database. Training users, data entry, data cleansing and running reports.
I worked for the Jobcentre in a customer service role, advising on benefits and employment.
I also worked in a Stockbrokers as a Personal Assistant to the I.T. Director and Team Secretary to the I.T Team. This involved a wide range of duites including minutes, diary management, travel arrangements, arranging lunches and dinners with clients. I also managed the IT helpdesk using an Access database, dealt with suppliers, ordering stock, stock control, budget management and purchase ledger and much more.
I have worked in office environments since leaving school 15 years ago and have recently started working for myself as a Virtual/Freelance Assistant.
I currently work for some local companies visiting their premises and carrying out various admin/bookkeeping tasks. I also work on an ad-hoc basis for a few other companies remotely.
