Was not an enjoyable process. Continually had to chase him for information and even though the reports given to me at the end were all glossy and well written, we have not see any increase in traffic at all. He also promised front end optimization but just said the site was perfect the way it is. If this is true, it should be traded off with more hours of off-site SEO.
