Design For Six Sigma project (DCOV process) implementing a common Obsolete Material Disposal processes across manufacturing sites reducing obsolescence by $1m in 2007 and by $1.3m in 2008.

Investigated and resolved problems associated with material control computer systems. Formulate new interrogative queries to support manufacturing plant-reporting requirements. Control inventory stockpile planning for European manfacture, providing regular reporting of actions to senior management. Design and build Float Exceptions database to track and control inventory changes. Development of improved Inventory Roadmap Strategy. Establish new European Holiday Contingency Planning process with regular review meetings.
