I have over 15 years' experience writing and editing content for "computer-mediated consumption". As a content strategist, I scope and plan website content and determine its overall style • what to say, how to say it effectively, when and where to say it. I work with clients to identify key messages, themes, and tone of voice for written content in order to develop a 'house style' that fits the client's brand. I then either write the content or brief other writerseditors. I can provide site messaging, user documentation, content inventories, content architectures, editorial guidelines, e-CRM and advertising copywriting, and detailed editing. My content work is also strongly influenced by a passion for usability, and I am currently pursuing another master's degree in human-computer interaction.
