With over 20 years experience in Human Resources I can offer excellent relationship management and communication skills with an extremely pragmatic approach to work. The majority of my experience has been in the UK media industries and I am an expert problem solver with a wealth of Employee Relations and generalist experience. Noted organisational, pc, web, fast typing and administration skills. I have been managing a free employment advice service called Workline, on a part-time basis, for the last 5 years, that involves writing articles on employment and law based topics and answering complicated employment law queries from all UK industry sectors (for Employers, freelancers, employees). Therefore my UK Employment Law knowledge is always up to date and I am used to managing work on a remote basis. I am experienced in producing Employment documents, Company Handbooks and Contracts being my speciality. I have substantial specialist knowledge of the Working Time Regulations and the Agency Workers Regulations.
