About Me

I currently work for a number of small companies providing bookkeeping, processing Payroll including year end, processing VAT - either by paper or on line; keeping weekly accounts using Sage or
manual spreadsheets; processing payments; doing banking; liaising with debtors and creditors, accountants and the Revenue.

I also provide general admin support including secretarial, PR and
advertising which has included logo design and placing of adverts,
website admin. I liaise with designers etc. I have also helped to
set up companies from registration with Companies House and the
Revenue to design of letterheads and can also submit returns
to Companies House and assist with other company related matters.

Areas covered: All areas is solely remote otherwise 10miles of Grays, Essex

Work is carried out quickly efficiently and to a very high standard. Lesley takes a lot of sole responsibility for managing the companies financial and administrative affairs and is highly trustworthy and dependable.

Education

I am educated to degree standard having obtained that degree through the Open University. Whilst the subject matter of the degree is not in itself relevent to my work, my skills used in studying, organising and writing during my degree, are. Also, the time organisation and dedication it took to study for my degree whilst working full time has equipped me to work under pressure, to juggle several tasks at once and to persevere. All skills I have found invaluable in my working life.
