Summary
My current job is to cascade communications to over 400 staff using verbal, written and computer skills, ie PowerPoint, Excel and Word. My work has to be 100% accurate as the company I currently work for is a FTSE100 company with an extremely good reputation who need to make sure their staff are up to date with all new products and are all using the correct brand terminology. I have to proofread anything that goes out to staff and also rewrite cascades to suit our local departments.
Education
Summary
My training has always been done internally within my current company, I have an NVQ in CiCS and have done training courses on all MS applications. I have been tested on accuracy to enable me to undertake auditing and proofreading in my current role.
