Did not follow instructions provided. Did not provide requested report or feedback. Constantly requested communication from freelancer that was repeatedly ignored. Very unprofessional.

results overall were poor, but quality of data was poor, so a good job overall.

Janet completed the number of calls required. However, her account management was unsatisfactory. We were very clear with the project brief but we found ourselves managing her, and requesting work to be redone. She did redo the work on request.
