I am used to working in and with global and virtual team and have even created team building frameworks in this area for multi-national, blue chip organisations.

I have managed organisational downsizing, restructuring and the behavioural elements of aquisitions. This includes elements such as cultural alignment, stress management and coaching leaders around their role and impact on these.

I generally specialise in working with technical organisations including oil & gas, utilities, IT, sciencepharmaceuticals, financial services, engineering and telecommunication to deliver cost savings and lasting change.
