Lehman Bros; - Surveyed, and subsequently created reports and then implemented changes with regard to document management solutions, which were required for interdepartmental relocations.

HSBC: - Planned and restructured their Settlements Department in Lower Thames St. London. This was required in order to facilitate the firm’s request to create 10 - much needed - desk spaces. This was achieved by restructuring HSBC’s filing practices and suggesting off site, archive, storage, solutions.

Similar practices were implemented with new document storage solutions for the firm’s Research Department. This was required before the Department could be moved to Canary Wharf.

Goldman Sachs: - Own on site desk at the firm’s office in Fleet Street, London. Undertook a survey of the whole of the London campus’ document management structure; advised on better
practices; and then implemented any changes which were necessary.

I was also responsible for liaising with senior management including Directors, while planning and implementing Department moves - which occurred on an almost weekly basis.

During my time here I was billing £60K pcm on behalf of my employer. I was also responsible for introducing 20 part time and permanent staff members into GS.

Honda UK: - Assisted with the firm’s relocation

Citibank and Soc Gen London: - Assisted with several interdepartmental relocations.
