Karen is a very good and reliable person to work with.

The event was very professionally handled. Karen and her team came up with lots of the ideas and events we eventually went with. The communication and teamwork leading up to the event itself was excellent. We were involved, included, and kept fully up to date throughout the run up to the event and Karen and her team were friendly, flexible, professional, guiding and confident in what they would deliver. The day itself went well, there were a few minor hitches, some outside the remit of Karen and her team, but they immersed themselves totally in ensuring that everything, even the things outside their remit, were sorted with minimum of fuss or disruption. This was no mean feat given over 2000 people, in a heavily controlled, industrial environment with ages ranging from weeks to 90 years As internal project manager, with no ‘event organising’ experience, I can honestly say I could not have done it without such a professional, experienced, knowledgeable and flexible event management team on board. If I were to undertake anything similar in the future, I would be on the phone to Karen straight away and I am more than happy to recommend her and the team. Weeks and months after the event people still stop me and comment on how wonderful it was and would we be doing it again soon.

Karen and her team produced excellent results and exemplar customer service. She had to work in a difficult and dynamic environment and use her initiative to deliver some solutions without support. She exceeded our expectations on the brief given.
