I am able to successfully research many subjects and products from competitors to market research. For example, I am currently researching a new security product and have been asked to supply; names, addresses and contact details of companies that could be interested in the product across the UK, the competition of similar products and the potential viability of the product. I am also able to offer admin and secretarial services where required, including data entry, word processing, mail shots and more.

I have worked most of my life in the Property Industry, starting as a junior and working my way up to Rentals Manager and Office Manager, managing up to 5 people in total.
I now work as a freelancer from my office at home where I find I can be far more flexible on the hours I work and can fit in better with the customers requirements.
I have excellent typing and computer skills, am very creative and have designed 3 websites for clients two of which were for business and one of which was for personal use.
I am currently working with a travel company assisting them with their holiday bookings. This includes taking the bookings via telephone or email, dealing with payments, light bookeeping and arrivals and departure\'s via a local property manager.
For this same company, I am also doing some internet research to assist them to generate more business. This involves researching potential new clients and then writing to them via email or post with our business details and following up where necessary by email or telephone.
I was asked to research local developers and constructors in the building trade and to enter the data found, into an excel spreadsheet. The data required was Company name, person to contact where possible, company address, telephone and fax numbers and web and email addresses.
This was completed as requested and the client was perfectly happy with my work and has asked if I am available again for more work as and when required.
Karen has worked for me for some time and I have found her to be a reliable and responsible member of our team. She has an excellent work ethic and has always completed her work within the required time without fuss or question. She has had to work on her own initiative which she seems to find works well for her and has, on many occassions, thought of things we had overlooked which invariably assists us in our business.
