About Me
I am a qualified barrister with nine years' experience as an in-house contracts lawyer. Having worked for private companies on commercial contracts, London councils on contracts covering any of the thousands of different services and products they require, and a prestigious London university on intellectual property and licensing contracts, I can draft and advise on almost any type of commercial agreement.
My areas of expertise include the following:

Two years\' contemporaneous experience as a freelancer, drafting mainly T&Cs for web-based or other small businesses.
