About Me
I am a qualified barrister with nine years' experience as an in-house contracts lawyer. Having worked for private companies on commercial contracts, London councils on contracts covering any of the thousands of different services and products they require, and a prestigious London university on intellectual property and licensing contracts, I can draft and advise on almost any type of commercial agreement.
My areas of expertise include the following:
1) Contract (drafting, review & negotiation).
- General commercial contracts for goods and services, including terms & conditions, terms of use and privacy policies for businesses and websites.
- Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Employment, Software and Telecoms.
2) Drafting of opinions, letters, claims, witness statements and other legal documents.
Apart from drafting, I am happy to provide legal advice in any of these areas, and undertake any kind of legal research.

We were looking for a concise legal opinion on an issue affecting our industry. Juliette was briefed and in just 3 days gave us a considered opinion citing cases which very clearly addressed the issue at hand. We'd have no hesitation in engaging her again should the need arise.
