About Me
I'm an experienced journalist with excellent writing skills; I've worked as a Section Editor for The Telegraph, a Broadcast Journalist for BBC News - radio and online, and a Senior Broadcast Journalist for BBC's Panorama. I'm used to working to deadlines and under pressure getting often contentious content published on time. I've recently been developing my research skills - data journalism and advanced internet research (open source intelligence).
I have project managed (Prince 2) complex webcontent management projects - for the London Borough of Ealing, the International Transport Federation (ITF) and the NHS Confederation. The ITF site was translated into six core languages and I managed the process for this.
I have worked as a freelance travel writer and written and subbed articles for magazines and websites (Columbus Travel Guides, Choice magazine, Global Adventure magazine).
I am also an experienced photographer and have had work published and exhibited, I have images with Alamy and Millennium image libraries in the UK, and Subject Matter in Japan.
