Law. Joy worked as my Assistant for almost three years (before leaving to work as a Virtual Assistant) and therefore I feel well placed to comment on her secretarial and administration abilities, which are excellent. Joy is a highly skilled secretary with many years of experience in varied fields.
As well as a very heavy audio typing and secretarial workload, Joy performed various other tasks on my behalf, such as Internet research and obtaining detailed information by telephone from courts, government bodies and clients, saving me time and effort. Joy also helped me with marketing exercises, such as designing and sending out invitations, mailshots etc, and keeping databases of contact details.
Joy always worked well on her own initiative and tackled any problem with proficiency and common sense, also keeping me informed by email or telephone of any developments or messages during the day. My extremely busy schedule meant that I was regularly absent from the office for whole or half days, and during those times I could be confident that Joy would make sure work was done on time, and accurately. I trusted her to sign and send out (and often compose) correspondence herself as I knew it would be correct. Joy gives a lot of attention to detail and takes much pride in presentation.
Anyone who decides to use Joy's secretarial skills will find her support invaluable. She is highly professional and she will become an asset you will want to keep. Joy's expertise comes highly recommended.

I am a self-employed high-class painter and decorator. Joy helped me, many years ago now, to set up my business. Joy designed and arranged printing of my business cards, estimates and invoices.
