Jonathan completed a really good campaign trial and we are looking to continue to use him on a regular basis. The results have more than paid themselves; would recommend.

This is an ongoing project, but we are appreciative of the work done to date.

Without doubt in 25 years of sale this was the worst service and results I have ever experienced in a 4 day campaign.Not one single appointment and communication was sporadic and insufficient.

Dealing with Jonathon has been difficult. He has suffered a personal tragedy , which may be the reason I am not able to give him good feedback, because his mind, for personal reasons, was not on the job. I found him to be unreliable and lacking attention to detail, and although I believe him to be a good telemarketer, no sales were forthcoming in the three weeks I tried to get him to do what I wanted. Adverse feedback from other clients of his emerged after I had accepted his bid, and worryingly many of the things the other clients complained about were issues what I was experiencing with Jonathon. Mostly this was about reliability and following instructions. I had strong words with him to give him the benefit of the doubt and to make amends. He agreed to this, then left it week before saying he didn't want to do this job (after trying to secure his payment from PpH) and leaving me having to start over again with this project. When I reposted the brief, guess who re-applied? Yes! Jonathon didn't even notice it was the same job, same website, same me - less then 24 hours after 'dumping' me. He will say that I must share the blame for not being sufficiently structured and not giving specific direction. I will reject this 'defence' - it is hard to direct someone who doesn't want to do direction and Jonathon didn't really want to do anything other than what he wanted to do. I am left angry and frustrated by the individual's performance and behaviour and cannot recommend to others. Which is a shame because he is a nice bloke and probably a good sales person. Maybe when his personal life is going a bit better he'll be better, but for me I'm done with him. He's wasted too much of my time and he shouldn't be bidding for jobs until he sorts himself out.

Excellent work rate and spot on communication. Will def be using again at some point in the near future.

Jonathon's results were amazing, he did a 1 hour trial and got 4 appointments for me in the one hour. I am so impressed and we are looking to hire him now on a longterm basis.

I chose this freelancer based on previous decent feedback, however unfortunately this was not my experience. As with the user below, Jonathon did not work when he said he was going to. He even invoiced for work that had not been attempted (we checked with some of the prospects and no calls had been made at all). Very disappointed and would advise others to not make the same mistake.

Very disappointing. Extremely unreliable and very poor communication overall. Did not work when he said he would, in 9 days he has worked 2 days. Failed to provide feedback and reports as agreed and requested. He called the wrong people and did not follow directions. I offered him a second opportunity, and once again he failed to even work. Overall a very poor experience and a total waste of my time and my money.

We expected something else. Probably the job was not described well. Anyway thanks for your time and for calling our prospective customers.

We used Jonathan for a trial situation. He delivered on his promises and gave good feedback on how to improve the success of our campaign for next time. we would use him again for another project.

I would recommend Jonathon to anyone any time. He is very professional and always keeps you informed on progress without having to be chased around. He is worth every penny.

Jonathon is very enthusiastic and eager to complete all tasks to the best of his ability. As we had a technical problem, Jonathon had to source his own leads which made his task more difficult but he still managed to make some contacts and was well received by clients. Jonathon continued to work with enthusiasm (at times a little more than necessary) and seemed to build a good rapport with potential clients over the phone. We were a little disappointed that he didnt manage to make contact with a greater number in the time specified and that this only resulted in a couple of possible new clients. We would definitely use Jonathon again but at the moment we can not afford this investment in telesales without a bigger return in terms of new clients.
