I am an early retired solicitor with over 20 years prosecuting experience. I can advise on all aspects of criminal law whether you are concerned about possible breaches of the law by yourself or an employee.
I have a working knowledge of many other aspects of the law such as contracts, conveyancing. I would be happy to consider your project and advise whether I am competent to tackle it.
I trained CPS lawyers nationally and can organise your staff training.
I am still on the Solicitors Roll, but as a non-practising solicitor I am not covered by Law Society's insurance scheme.
