Summary
I have worked in customer service for approximately 5 years either face to face or in a call center environment. I have also demonatrated an ability to upsell, and cold call in a telesales role. I am currently a materials buyer and am excellent in negotiating deals,/prices/stock delivery etc. I am a very fast learner, and can adapt to any role needed and navigate my way through most software packages pretty easy.
Education
Summary
I received 10 GCSE qualifications at school. I have achieved level 1 in photography and am waiting for the results to level 2. I am also studying NVQ level 1 & 2 in IT at work.
