I worked in HR for 7 years before leaving to have my children.
I recently set up a new Administration Support Company called Ideal Admin, to provide administration support to small companies, ideally Plumbers, Electricians etc who wanted to spend more time working on the job they trained for then answering calls and writing letters.
Our services include, telephone answering and message taking, letter drafting, arranging courses, recruiting new staff (as and when required), copy typing, mailshot delivery, quote arrangements (ordering materials), typing quotations, proof reading and correcting documents, holiday phone cover. Additionally, book-keeping, sage line 50, invoices and payment chasing.
A very flexible service, whereby you can use only one service on an ad-hoc basis or retain our services on a monthly basis, your choice!
Areas covered: Maldon, Chelmsford, Heybridge (all dengie surrounding villages) Hatfield Peverel, all areas considered
