Practical Marketing Experience:

Website: Structure, content management, search optimisation and response management. To achieve consistency of corporate and sales messages, whilst maximising visitor navigation and response.

Public Relations (PR): Planning, writing and coordination of PR activity to support corporate and sales objectives. To achieve focused visibility and demonstrate leadership in key sectors and product areas.

Customer Communications: Implementation of customer communications strategy based on regular e-bulletins, events, sales promotions and customer information portal on website. To improve customer experience and adoption rates of new products and services.

Customer survey: Design, brief and analysis. To evaluate customer experience and utilise results for input into product and service development and relevant PR activity.

Events: Customer events, external conference, exhibition and hospitality events. Through effective planning and implementation of pre-event and post-event marketing communications activity introduced highly qualified opportunities into new business and customer base sales teams.

Direct Marketing: Specification and implementation of targeted direct marketing campaigns focused on key sectors and issues. Management of telemarketing function using internal resource and outsourced projects. To drive new business lead generation.

Copywriting: Compilation and entry for industry awards, supplier directory copy, website content, articles, brochures, direct mail, newsletters.

Sales Support: Creation and management of lead generation process from cold contact through to customer status. CRM system selection, implementation and management for sales and marketing information including reporting. Development of Customer PR materials for sector/product sales support collateral, e.g. case studies. Corporate “template” information to support sales proposals and presentations.

Resellers/Business Partners: Support for Recruitment of new partners. Marketing communications support for existing partners.

Internal Marketing Communications: Investors in People project management, including documentation of relevant processes. Sunday Times Top 100 Employers entry project. Company-wide Communications Coordination • presentations, events, intranet and bulletins.
