About Me
SKILLS: Copywriting | PR | Journalism | Proof-reading | Editing | Publicity | Marketing |
I have over 8 years' experience as a freelance copywriter, NCTJ-qualified journalist and PR consultant.
Based in Manchester, I have built up a strong client base across the UK offering services that include writing: articles (magazine features, advertorials, interviews), case studies, press releases, website copy, blogs, TV and radio advertising scripts, copy for exhibition stands and banner marketing, newsletters, reports.
As well as this I also have excellent experience as a PR consultant, heading up national and high-profile publicity campaigns for fundraising projects and touring exhibitions. I can work with a client to devise a PR and marketing strategy from conception to completion, or work as PR support as part of a larger network.
As a journalist my experience was largely in residential and commercial property, and lifestyle - restaurants, interiors, gardens, architecture, local business, sport. I held the position of editor at two of Merseyside's most popular glossy magazines and two property newspapers for over two years.
I am happy to negotiate a fee to suit each individual client, always deliver on time and work closely to the brief provided.
