Work Experience
I am MBA qualified and have been involved in sales for over 20 years. I am a superb sales professional, experienced in telesales, telemarketing, customer services and administration.
My communications skills are first class and I have an excellent telephone manner. I am used to dealing with people at all levels and from a variety of industry sectors. I am extremely IT literate and an accomplished producer of all necessary sales documents i.e. letters, e-mail templates, phone scripts etc. I am used to working with various databases and CRM systems. With many years spent in advertising sales & publishing, I am also skilled in editorial production and proof-reading. I am used to B2B and B2C sales, including cold calling and lead research for database compilation.
Since joining PPH in August 2009, I have been awarded 23 contracts, many short term but some ongoing. I am used to working on several contracts simultaneously and always ensure that I give total dedication, commitment and best-in-class performance to all clients and on all contracts. I have worked in telesales, telemarketing, research, appointment setting, cold-calling and media sales. My flexibility makes me able to turn my hand to any sales & marketing task.
