I have worked in the construction industry for 16 years as a quantity surveyor for large main contractors. I am currently employed with a top 5 UK main contractor and I am looking for evening and weekend work.
I have worked on projects ranging from £3million to £150 million. I am experienced in consultations with clients from conception to completion of projects and daily management of subcontract accounts from procurement to final accounts. I have experience in all trades from groundworks through to painting & decorating.
I have experience and understanding of the JCT 98 & 05 contracts both traditional and design & build.
I can produce bills in accordance with SMM7 and estimating duties.
