Did not write a working program

Ian works very hard on this project. Although it did not go as plan, he has been honest and took the responsibility of refunding the money agreed. I would recommend Ian because he is very committed with his work and try his best to deliver it.

Ian has been thoroughly professional throughout. This was a significant sized project and he has kept me informed of progress throughout and has been exceptionally flexible. The quality of his work is good. He was asked to use a suite of controls he had never seen before, and produced excellent results quickly. I would have no hesitation in using him whenever the opportunity arises.

This person Insited I paid the £200 before I got the first version which I did. He failed to provide the Milestone for approval as stated in the specificatoin I sent him. He provided one version, I requested amendments and pointed out the GUI was not a Java bean that could be added to the palette and changed through the properties sheet, no reply to this. Did not provide the documentation I requested for the project. These were all stated in the specification I had sent him prior to accepting the project. He has kept the £200 and failed to reply to communication. He even told me that I should make some amendments myself, this was what I paid him for ! Before awarding your project consider others who maybe more professional and have integrity.
