I am a qualified lawyer with 8 years PQE. I am also a Director of a company within the Hospitality sector as well as serving as a DirectorTrustee for a number of charities. I offer my services predominantly as a consultant to small businesses, as a way for them to access expert assistance in an affordable way. I have experience in consulting on HR issues and policies, drafting staff handbooks and advising on issues of compliance. I also have experience in company formations, writing articles and web content for publication and the drafting of policies for websites (such as T&C's, privacy policies etc.). In essence I have a very wide range of experience that I am willing to put to use in assisting small businesses, charities and individuals.
