Working on misc items by the hour... of course I would like to see more done in less time... but who wouldn't? :-)

The is the third job Herry has been awarded by me, and subsequently completed. As usual, Herry takes the time to listen and understand the requirements, takes direction well, and completes the job tasks accordingly. I have only one complaint, and it has to do with timing, or timeliness... I would prefer the job(s) get completed in a shorter period of time, simply because I wish to complete them and move on to the next job. I think Herry either works a normal full time job, or has other client obligations that restrict his ability to dedicate his time fully and consecutively, meaning he will work on it one day, and then not work on it for a few days, and then will work on it another day, and so on. I would prefer it if the jobs could be worked on in a shorter, more concentrated period of time. However, that being said, Herry performs in all other regards just fine, and in the job's I've posted that Herry has bid on and been assigned, I've not indicated definite completion dates... so Herry has not breached or failed to perform in that regard. I will, henceforth, make sure to post completion dates in the Job descriptions if in fact I need said job(s) to be completed on a certain date. One final note... this job has one or two tasks that were nto completed, but this was my doing... I have asked Herry to complete these tasks(connecting to PostGIS enabled database) in a future job, and he has agreed to do so accordingly. In closing, another job successfully completed by Herry and I, the client, am 100% satisfied. Thank you!

This is the third job Herry has bid on, and the second job Herry has completed for me. Like the first job, Herry followed direction, took the time to understand the requirements, ask the right questions, and perform the programming task accordingly. I will use Herry again and again, providing he continues to perform as he has, and recommend him to others who may be seeking PHP/SQL programming coding.

Herry took the time to investigate the existing code and determine what would be required to complete the task, and he subsequently coded what was needed and successfully completed the task.
