Unfortunately I was not able to communicate with George as well as I would have liked due to some personal unforeseen problems. He did his best to keep in touch. His writing was good but it was clear that his knowledge of the building industry was very limited. Thanks for your efforts George. Sorry I couldn't have been more helpful in guiding you.
