About Me
I have extensive experience as a journalist and PR consultant, with a background in business to business, consumer health, complementary health, charities, manufacturing, management consultancy, wine and much more. I edit and own a health magazine website. My articles have been in national newspapers and magazines, as well as commercial websites. I have written several books including one on stress and one on self-employment. I also write sales brochures and websites for companies and charities.

Work Experience
Freelance journalist and PR consultant. Have written for Daily Express, Times, Guardian, many women's magazines, and have written copy for websites and written charity booklets for Macmillan. Do PR for leading consultancies and ran own PR business in the 1990s with business to business, manufacturing, consultancy clients. I run my own health and wellbeing website, all written, managed and publicised by me.
