Freelance journalist and PR consultant. I am both a business person and a consumer journalist. As I ran my own PR agency I have extensive experience of working with clients, writing and running new business pitches, liaising with the media and devising marketing strategies.

I am equally at home writing business documents, websites, or articles as I am writing consumer articles. I have been published widely in national newspapers - Daily Express, Times, Guardian, many women's magazines, and have written copy for websites and written charity booklets for Macmillan.

Another string to my bow is that I write and run a large health and wellbeing website, for which I am fully responsible - so all the marketing, writing, research and business side is handled by me, but this does not take up all my time.

I am very versatile with the ability to turn my hand to new clients and projects and quickly understand their requirements and aims.
