My Responsibilities include;

• To Record all the transactions of the Branch in an online electronic software provided by the company.
• To prepare all Reconciliations including Bank Reconciliations and branch accounts reconciliation.
• To prepare Salary sheet of all the departments of the branch and ensure deposit in personal bank accounts of the staff.
• To calculate Sales Tax and Income Tax, and submit Online Returns.
• To calculate Provident Fund, Social security and EOBI Funds of the employees, and ensure their proper deposits.
• To pass Rectifying entries as indicated by the internal auditor of the branches.
• To calculate the Incentives/ commission of the employees as per company’s policy.

My Responsibilities include;

• To update all records using eFICS (Electronic Financial Inventory Control System), including Billing, GRNs and SIRs.
• Also worked on Peach Tree Accounting, 2007, to record Sales, Stock issuance, Recoveries, Payables / Receivables, and General Transactions of the office, and to prepare the Financial Statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheets and Statement of cash flows.
