Although I am not very technology savvy,it did not take much for David to understand the task and came up very quick with the solution.He was there when he needed to do amendments and correct things.Very professional and I will undoubtedly use hid services again and I will introduce him further.An overall excellent service.

Hi David, sorry for the delay in payment and responding but I was sent back abroad and not had a chance to test or use the spreadsheet yet. I can see that the downtime part is not quite right and the formatting of the actual report is off but can I still get these items resolved? Steve
