(1) -- Pilot -- For projects that can be built from existing software bricks. Fixed price. 1 to 3 days.
(2) -- Architecture proposal report -- For projects that require custom building bricks or custom integrations. Fixed price. 1 to 5 days.
(3) -- Prototype -- For truly novel projects for which existing building bricks cannot be found. Hourly only.
(4) -- Customization services -- Only for projects that have first gone through a pilot, an architecture proposal or a prototype. Fixed price.

WHY I DO NOT TAKE VOICE CALLS

Voice calls and also face-to-face meetings make it possible for people to talk first and only then to think about what they want to say. Email does not allow for that. To eliminate the possibility to talk first and to think later is probably the greatest invention mankind has ever made. Some people are incapable of thinking first and to talk only then. Consequently, they are unable to communicate with me about technical matters. This is not a disadvantage of email. On the contrary, this is its greatest and most appreciated feature.
