very disappointing no face to face appointments over 2 day campaign only 1 phone lead which was no good. Not level of sucess I was led to expect or believe is reasonable.

Great communication and a good number of calls completed on the first day. The only negative point for me was that many of the leads weren't as well qualified as I would have liked.

My job was marked urgent so I was disappointed that on a couple of occasions I had to wait over 90 mins for phone calls that were scheduled for first thing in the morning. However, the telesalesperson was friendly and hard-working. De-briefing after the trial was a bit abrupt but the final report in excel format was quite comprehensive.
