About Me
My name is Emma Scott, I am a freelance graphic designer illustrator based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
I completed my Foundation Degree in Graphic Design in July 2010 and have been trying to gain as much experience in the design industry as possible! I have achieved this by starting up my own freelance Graphic Design business, but have been working as a freelancer for over 3 years.
I have been lucky enough to have worked on a variety of exciting projects from creating packaging visuals for Waitrose to promotional pieces for Thames Valley Police.
I am a reliable and confident person with a passion for all things creative. I love all aspects of design, especially branding and illustration.
I am fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and have experience in Flash and Coral Painter 11.

Work Experience
I have been working as a freelance graphic designer for the past three years and worked with a variety of different clients, I have mainly been asked to design logos/ corporate stationery, but also packaging visuals, photo editing, leaflet/ brochure design and poster designs.
After leaving University last Summer, I have been to a number of companies to do placements. I have learnt so much from this as I got to see the way the industry works and what clients expect from my design work.

In 2005 I completed my GCSE's in which I achieved 10 A-C grades, I gained an A in Graphic Design.
In 2006 I attended Amersham and Wycombe College to Study a National Diploma in Graphic Design. I received a Triple Distinction and a City and Guilds in art/ drawing.
In 2008 I went to Bucks New University to study Graphic Design as a Foundation Degree, I graduated in 2010 with a Distinction.
