I started at a young age developing and delivering software applications as a freelancer which I developed into a small company later on. My proactive personality made me succeed, but due to the global economy and the lack of opportunity in my origin country, I was forced to look for new markets. I then moved to London in June 2008 and accepted an offer to work in a private company which works with the public sector in the UK, in order to get more experience, improve the skills I already owned and obviously, hoping to learn new methodologies, techniques and also improve my business knowledge.

During the past two years, I delivered high quality and performance web based software applications, where my client portfolio includes organisations such as Ministry of Justice, Home Office, NHS, Department of Health and many others. Most of the applications I worked on are worth between Ã�£400.000 to Ã�£1.5 million each.

To build these applications I've worked with ASP.NET C# and Microsoft SQL 2005, backed with JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery for the UI interactions. I've also used XML templates to build Excel exports, .NETCHARTING and Dundas to build the charts in the bespoke reports; ABCPDF ASP.NET Component to generate PDF files for the reports;

I've also implemented the best source control and application auto deployment pratices using SVN Source Control (Tortoise + Collabnet) and NAnt; For database deployment I've been using the Redgate Data and Structure compare tools to generate the SQL change scripts;
