Relatively quick and communicative and friendly. However needs improvement in focusing on the end result rather than the technicalities, and keeping a constant open channel of communication during the development process.

Ehsan, was very diligent in the performance of his duties, whilst not coming from a health related background he was able pick up the task at hand and deliver results in a timely manner. Polite and attentive to detail, I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
