I have had numerous experiances dealing with customer services, sales and marketing roles, i have very a very good telephone mannor having worked within a telesales environment for the last 5 years, these roles have included usiing CRM systems such as sage line 50, Act and sugar. They have also included management roles within a specific industry type such as Mobile Phones, Gas and Electricity Sales, IT Support Sales and marketing the various job roles, highlighting any changes within the business, as well as selling new products avaliable.
