- Specification of bookings and administration systems for small travel company
- Turnaround of financial controls for medium sized law firm to satisfy Law Society regulations
- Project management advisor to Ministry of Justice on £2 billion programme to expand prison capacity
- Contract management of £100 million contracts for electronic monitoring for the Home Office
- Project advisor to Immigration Department on project to implement document management and workflow systems
- Procurement of financial systems for an agency in the Department of Health, Rank Organisation, MFI and Air Miles company
- Procurement of business services to set up the Criminal Records Bureau
- Development of cost management systems for a number of banks, Royal Mail and United Biscuits
- Advisor to Probation Service to develop knowledge of EU procurement processes
- Procurement of centralised billing systems for Citbank and London Electricity
- Advisor to Xansa plc on successful bid with Thames Water for outsourced business services
