Development of automated report generation system based on SQL Server Reporting Services using data streams from call logging system, SNMP monitoring system. This leveraged the SQL Reporting Services web service by providing a web interface within company intranet. The underlying database setup tables then support the scheduled data driven reporting which has the ability to provide a customisable report generation for any customer.

Development of business intelligence in the form of multidimensional cubes created from call logging database to support Excel Pivot tables for data analysis. This project made use of SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services.

Development of web based systems for job evaluation and online surveys.
The job evaluation system consists of an intranet hosted web application which provides data entry for job detail, versioning, status workflow and document production in Adobe PDF format.
The survey is an online intranet hosted web application for collecting employee equality monitoring information from staff which is collected in a database for reporting.
