Dual qualified solicitor (jurisdiction of England and Wales and South Africa) based in Mayfair in London.
My experience is made up of 8 years practise in general commercial law being just over 2 years with a niche commercial private practise firm, a number of years as in-house counsel for a global investment bank and subsequently as legal counsel for a blue chip financial services company, providing contract support (drafting and negotiation) in the following areas;

Daryn was a fabulous help completing my required documents within a very tight time frame. Daryn clearly set the parameters of response - what he needed by when in order to complete my one day turnaround. Will use Daryn again.
Work Experience
Initially worked for a niche commercial law firm and then moved in-house as legal counsel for a global investment bank and following that as legal counsel for a blue chip financial services company. I provided legal support to a number of in-house functions with an emphasis on general commercial, e-commerce and information technology contracts.
I have to date supported a number of different clients through PPH with a rating of over 4.92 out of 5.
Education
Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees. Admitted as an Attorney in South Africa and as a Solicitor under the jursidiction of England and Wales.
