I have 19 years' experience of technical multilingual DTP, 8 years' experience of business and technical authoring, 25 years' experience of Copy Editing and Proofreading and 8 years' Web Designing & Editing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) experience.
Copy writing all copy for client's website for their heating and plumbing business. This included proofreading and search engine optimisation (SEO) to ensure high ranking on Google and other search engines. Copy was then supplied to the website designer.

I have a 1st Class BSc Honours Degree in Computing Interaction Design. The degree focused on Systems Analysis and Design with emphasis on Human Centred Computing (HCI, Usability). Also included: Database Design & Use (VB, SQL), Java, e-Commerce, Web Design/Programming (HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript), Networking.
