I can help businesses with issues surrounding choice of business model, start-up and company registration or partnership agreement and changes to business structure.

Help with conduct of business, such as T&C’s, drafting and explaining commercial contracts for sale of goods and services, commercial leases and lease renewal and employment law issues including hiring and firing and problems in between.

Help with general comprehension of the terms of a contract and its consequences for you.
Provision of legal opinion and documents for the initial commencement or defence of a claim in litigation, enforcing your rights under agreement and contracts, or defending a claim against you, including drafting pre-action letters, claim forms and particulars of claim, acknowledgements and defences, complying with the civil Procedure Rules.

Landlord and Tenant – negotiating lease agreements that are commercial viable and flexible for you

Consumer problems - help with enforcing your consumer rights against retailers etc

Mediation

I can provide a neutral third party presence to either discuss in a group and work out a solution, or consult with each party separately to come to a mutual agreement on terms of settlement.
