I can help businesses with issues surrounding choice of business model, start-up and company registration or partnership agreement and changes to business structure.
Help with conduct of business, such as T&C’s, drafting and explaining commercial contracts for sale of goods and services, commercial leases and lease renewal and employment law issues including hiring and firing and problems in between.

Unfair Contract Terms Act – exclusions of liability and opinions on the enforceability of your terms.
Landlord and Tenant – negotiating lease agreements that are commercial viable and flexible for you

Consumer problems - help with enforcing your consumer rights against retailers etc
Landlord and Tenant - help with understanding the terms of a residential lease and your rights and obligations under it.
Civil Claims - Assistance with responding to any claims against you, setting out defence. Help with progressing private disputes - eg with neighbours
Contract claims - Help with commencing a claim against someone who has caused you loss – that dodgy plumber?

I assist and advise clients on the sourcing, production and completion of legal documents, contracts, precedents etc.
