About Me

I have ten years experience within recruitment. I have been recruiting and resourcing candidates across sales, marketing and middle management roles predominantly within FMCG pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

I have been instrumental in helping set up and establish two recruitment consultancies.

My key skills include:
- Establishing and refining recruitment procedures to enable speed of service, better customer and client focus and reduction in recruitment costs.

- Working with HR departments to review their current recruitment procedures, looking at value for money and costs with the objective to reduce the overall recruitment costs for a business. At the same time decreasing length of time to find the right candidate and increasing the value of working partnerships with recruitment agencies to improve numbers of suitable candidates for future positions.

- Training and coaching across the field of recruitment, from how to put together a role profile and identifying key competencies for the role, to making the best company impression at interview, competency based interviewing skills and time management through to managing candidate offers and contracts and ensuring successful completion of recruitment projects within the timelines. Training and coaching is always bespoke and can be either in groups or on a one-to-one basis.

- Putting together bespoke assessment centres to assess to company competencies and roles, managing the assessment centre process to providing an extra pair of experienced hands on established recruitment days.

- Running and managing recruitment projects from advertising the jobs, sourcing candidates to securing and running interviews and assessments, managing candidates through to placement and ensuring they have started in their new roles.

- Coaching and counselling services to inidividuals and teams going through the redundancy process to enable long service individuals to be fit for interview, assessment and selection processes.
